Soccer Express Return Policy
-Items may not be returned for any reason without a Soccer Express receipt.
-No cash refunds. Refunds will be sent by mail within 10 business days of return date by a company issued check if the item(s) is purchased with cash. Credit card purchases may be credited at the time of return on the credit card used to purchase the item(s) only.
-Unworn/Unused items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days all sales are final.
-All sales on closeout items or items 25% or more off are final. No warranties apply for these items.
-Items that are not in their original packaging and are without our store tags attached may not be returned or exchanged.
-All sales on hats, lined shorts, and undergarments are final.-Almost all items that have been worn outside your home (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition. It is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. Items that are washed, worn, or show signs of use may not be refunded or exchanged unless found defective by a store manager.
-Customized items may not be returned for any reason other than a manufacturer defect. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure all spelling and numbering is correct when placing an order.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT CONSIDERED MANUFACTURER
DEFECTS AND ARE NOT CONSIDERED RETURNABLE
1.) Worn out toes, cleats, insoles and soles on shoes.
2.) Tongues that have been ripped or have been pulled out of shoes.
3.) Damage from forcing heel into rear of shoe.
4.) Torn eyelets from taking shoes off without unlacing them.
5.) Stripped threads in removable cleat shoes (studs).
6.) Manufacturer logos on merchandise coming off (i.e. stripes on shoes, logos screened on shorts, logos on balls worn off, etc.)
7.) Worn palms or broken finger spines on goalkeeper gloves.
8.) Clothing damaged from improper laundering.
9.) Any cosmetic related issue that does not affect the performance of that item.
10.) Cuts or excessive wear on panels of soccer balls.
11.) Any other reason as may be determined by the manufacturer from time to time.
LENGTH OF WARRANTIES FROM DATE OF
PURCHASE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Footwear, Bags, Shinguards, Clothing: 30 days
Balls: 1-2 years (depending on brand)
All other products: 30 days
