Parties & corporate at Soccer Experience
The covered pitch at Batu Kawan is what makes these bookings work. A birthday party or a company day is planned weeks ahead and cannot be moved for a downpour — under the roof, it never has to be.
Tell us the date, the group size and the ages, and we will put together the format and staffing.
Kids' football birthdays
A coach runs the games so parents do not have to. Small-sided matches, skills challenges and a proper kick-about, with space alongside the pitch for family and food.
Corporate team-building
Half or full-day company days on the covered pitch at Batu Kawan — shaded and rain-proof, with a coordinator, referee and all equipment provided.
Private hire
Book a pitch outright for a stag do, a reunion game, a charity match or a club's own event. You get the ground, the lights and the kit.
Everything provided
Bibs, balls, goals, changing rooms and a coordinator come as standard. At Batu Kawan, parking is free and IKEA and Klippa Mall are a two-minute drive for food afterwards.

Parties & corporate — questions
Do you provide balls and bibs?
Yes. Bibs, match balls, goals and changing rooms are included with every booking. Showers are available at Batu Kawan and Georgetown.
Can I book a football birthday party for my child?
Yes. A coach runs the games so parents do not have to, and there is space alongside the pitch for family and food. Parties on the covered pitch at Batu Kawan go ahead in any weather.
What happens if it rains?
The 7s/9s pitch at Batu Kawan is fully roof-covered, so sessions there go ahead in any weather. It is the reason leagues, academy sessions, birthdays and corporate days are scheduled under the roof — a booking made weeks ahead does not have to move.
